Well got the spider fix today low and behold it doesn't fit, it the wrong size! Although the number of pins is the same the wired plug in the disco is much larger than the bypass land rover supplied plug. The woven earth near the starter motor is perfect, everything else i can't really see its...

Got back from holiday, the Disco (1998 300 TDI) wouldn't start. No problems jump lead on the missis mitz and off she fired. Went for a drive about to charge the battery and then stopped for fuel. She wouldn't re start. Tried jumping again not a sausage. Re charged the battery over night...

Hi Guys, Found you website whilst looking for fixes for my Disco. I live on the wilts/glouc boarder and own and drive (when it runs) a disco 300TDI which i bought modified and am trying to made more reliable :eek:. Cheers Will
