Have a search on here there are a few threads on here on how to do it. In short assuming you have a single wire solenoid then you need to supply 12v to that with the ignition on, and then give the starter solenoid 12v from the final stage of the ignition switch.

If you aren't fussed about retaining the alarm and remote locking then, you should be able to bypass the stater circuit and diesel pump cuts relatively easily

Do you know what sort of imobiliser you have got, if you get the fobs with the Alarm then that's one less thing to have to programme.
