I've had a quote from flux (through a comparison site) for £400 ish on a discovery when the next cheapest was about £700, surely there is something wrong with that quote? If its right I will be buying another discovery :D

You can shorten the actuator rod to increase boost but you ideally need a boost gauge.

It takes quite bit of force to move, not easily by hand anyway.

First thing I do with a problem like this is replace the oil pressure sensor to rule that out, had oil pressure problems on two cars that both ended up being sensors. But if there is a top end noise then it probably wont be just the sensor.

Surely just putting it in fifth, brakes on then let clutch out would be easier?
