I have now decided to sell my landRover Discovery 300tdi it’s had all welding done I’m looking for £1800 if anyone interested

i need to find out what wire on the ignition is a crank live so I can wire it to my starter motor as had problems with my dds pump and decided to get rid of wiring on it also need to know what wire is permanent live to wire my fuel pump to it any info will be great I have a discovery 1 300tdi...

Tbh I was extremely lucky and only had odd day problem with that which was a blessing, parking it was a lot easier too lol

I hate all the crap they put on cars nowadays why can't they just keep them basic without all the b/s somedays I miss my old mini

The 1p disco trick done the job

From what I've been told I can replace the alarm box underneath passenger side as long as I have the key fob that goes with it, other wise I'll have to get my key fob programmed to it, I have also been told, I can bypass the dds pump to the middle of the three wires (no2 on connector block) as...

Manual well i did sort of come to the conclusion that I would damage the casing how ever I was hoping not to cause other damage in the process as I'm not sure what's underneath

S reg discovery 300tdi it's the pump with 3 wires going into black casing wondered the best way getting casing off without damaging anything etc

im having starting issues can get a crank by earthing now looking how to over ride a dds pump any one ever done this that can give advice

Limited tools limited knowledge unfortunately which hinders things quiet a lot

Unfortunately I have no way of checking as I don't have the equipment to try it at moment but from what's happening I guess not but guessing not best idea I'll try confirm tomoz when get back over to disco as on my dads drive at mo

I think that's what just replaced is that what's located under bonnet by fuse box?

AA did said nothing there and that's when he said it probably was relay near fuses under bonnet as that was corroded
