No not normal for the undertray bolts to be seized. It's probably had the oil sucked out, rather than drained via the sump plug. If the sump guard is removed every oil change, they don't have time to rust in, but also a bit lubrication on them...
As above - just pull the plastic cap off to expose the lock nut. The ‘tool’ just has a small lip that pulls from the rear of the cover.
And hopefully you have no prop fitted (?), as running an F1 with uneven tyres is a recipe for disaster...

Replaced the Oil pan, O2 Sensor, inlet manifold gasket and a coolant flush.
The inlet ports were very wet, especially the one closest to the coolant port (bottom of the image) so I am hoping that was why the car was losing coolant... Obviously...
