problem sorted, needed a new fuel filter, starts like lion again :D only £15 to fix

since the big freeze i have been having starting probems at 1ts it wasnt problem as i could get it started but its getting worse and i feel it may chuck it soon, its 03 plate td5, any ideas or even better does anybody know any mechanics that can work on these trucks in glasgow or renfrewshire...

the gaga is back in the centre and is fine now, just hope it starts ok in the morning only from the other day when the snow came, it had the problem of not starting, before that it started like lion 1st time everytime with no funny noises, could it be the glow plugs

your dead right mate it was just that the was jet hosing the truck and the engine cooled down for short time its fine now and the gagae is back in the centre

got a 110 Td5, 1st when i tried to start it this morning it made meal of it, then, was driving about an hour and the temp gage was central were it should be, got the truck washed but kept it running just after that i noticed the temp gage was at cool end, any advice on this, also is it serious...

i havent really got a budget and i wasnt really bothered about fanncy alloys i was more wanting decent tyres to pull me through things , Do the alloys make a difference to what the truck can do ?

they wheels and tyres are beasts, what they costing and do they fit a 90 and 110 because am looking to get the 90 soon

how bad are the mud terrain on the road and how good are AT off road

to be honest i dont really drive the defender apart from when out with the dogs at the weekend, but when do i am probaly on the motorway and do some town driving as much as off road

ha ha Am no farmer and i dont mind paying for decent stuf bud i just wanted to se what you guys use and mybe a place to get some, i want to go off road but want to do alot of road miles aswell but more for off road, but i want to get wheels with tyres on deal or somthin

the landy is 03 plate with 64 thousand miles, i would say both were genuine cv joints, just want to get out in it.

could this be fault with my landy
