Thanks J The Range.........Took agood look there today and could see no obvious leaks....whats baffling me is why the coolant is dripping from where its dripping from which is the wheel arch cover basically directly under the bottle ???

Came on yesterday with a thread about the coolant level playing up. Been out under the bonnet all day and there is a lot of coolant leaking....but dont know where from :doh:.. Topped the bottle up, took the bottle from its housing and held it in my hand....with the engine running, after...

As for being MAD......Nah"...Just proper ****ed off.

This is what the guy put in his advert...................... The manifold was blowing further investigation proved it to be the head gasket had gone between the cylinder and the edge of the block, so no oil and water mixing or over heating i have had the gaskets replaced with composite ones...

Only had the R/R for 2 weeks, 4.6 p38 Preg. Had nothing but greif with it since buying for £3000. Thanks for the Info.

Checking over the R/R engine yesterday in time for the snow, making sure everything was topped up ! The water level seemed low so i topped it up too the arrow as in the book! Ten minutes later the level had dropped again. Topped it up, and had to go for a short drive...the needle was on the...

Thanks Guy..was insured with Bell a few years back when i had a V70R.. I do remember them being very good. You just refreshed my memory, been trying to think of BELL all bloody day :doh:.....Will be giving them a go. Cheers.....
