Different part numbers for a start, plus the EFI’s have around four variations over the years, so in my experience I would say no.
My quick search gives the part number you gave as a 200Tdi pump, you need PRC9409 pump for the twin carb V8, which appears to have the correct power connector. Pic...
You may find the item is identical to the 300 series D1 hole in the centre for both vehicles, the parts catalogue for both show similar part numbers for RH & LH side.
Just googled Texecom Premier Elite 24 and I see its a basic panel, I haven't looked at the engineers install manual or the user manual but somewhere the should be the information u require or not.
If not then there’s standalone devices around that will send a message when there's an alarm...
I not familiar with the Texecom product, but does it feature a wifi or ethernet link to you broadband router, if so and you have the compatible app on your device and connected to the internet you will be able receive an an indication of an alarm condition.
Also depending on the functionality...
Could be similar to the disco from the same era, if they over heated the fan would switch as a safety measure. But unfortunately the disco required plugging to a diagnostic computer to reset the system controlling the fan.
It’s the other way around, the ECU completes the 12v supply circuit to the fuel pump relay.
The ECU provides the relay ground at the terminal 16 (blue-purple) wire… according to my 3.5 wiring diagram the terminal is 85 at the pump relay.
The switched 12v supply from the ignition coil to ECU...
So you don’t use the drivers door, which I imagine thats the most common point to lock/unlock a vehicle.
So does the using of the passenger door lock set and unsets the security system ok i.e central locking?
If all things were equal, then usually just locking with the key instead of remote...
Thats a long while to be looking for earth cables 😊
Battery to inner wing then engine, body etc fo example, the cables will be thick black or braided, a workshop manual may help.
Have a look at Disco Sport sales/accessories brochure which can picked up from a main dealers showroom to see what goodies are available for that vehicle, you’ll then have an idea on what is available in the ‘aftermarket accessories’.
I can zoom up to the full screen size on my iPad and still clear, so strange you can’t enlarge on whatever device u have.
I can send you a link to the D2 electrical workshop manual, if you wish…
Just remembered there will be kink already posted in the LZ Forum somewhere. So if u cant find it...
The D2 wiring diagram I posted in #4 above shows the tweeter spliced into the front loudspeaker, also states “speaker high range A post” which is the position in the D1 when fitted so the same as other vehicles I've known.
Even when Ive fitted them my self 🙂
Ok I took it that the two conductors was black the other was colour for each speaker.
Below is a wiring diagram, so you will have to put a meter on check the carrier voltage etc.
Or with the speaker connected plus sound the speaker diaphragm should push, if it retracts the reverse the wiring.
Black wire is neg -
Depending on your vehicles spec D2s can have additional speaker in the front door card, the lower one is bass, the upper smaller one is mid range therefor there will be an amplifier installed to power all the loud speakers.
How did you test for output on the wires you...
Fortunately now JLR vehicles have a dash display in the menu with an expected mileage before topping up is required.
But you will still get a dash warning that a top up is required.
If you still unsure then just top up the Adblue tank yourself.
Top up is part of the service, thats depending on...
