I've seen a few of them. they look good on the surface. I'm going to have a look at one this weekend at a garage, to see what kind of rust can be expected at my price range. I see galvanised chassis are being produced for the disco 2s now. I can see in a few years disco 2s with galvanised...

I knew they had the same chassis, or only a small changes. I was meaning more along the line of them being in better nick than early TD5's because of the age and price. Its a shame there isn't really any alternatives to disco 1 or 2s at that price range.

Thanks for the diagrams Looking at that wiring diagram is it a trailer auxiliary socket. Fuse located in satellite fuse box 2? I'm going to be adding a couple of usb sockets and a cigarette lighter socket. Do I need a relay if I put a 10amp inline fuse in before the switch for the accessories?

I mean the complete rear door that the spare wheel attaches too
