Engine and box back together

Will post some more pics tomorrow when we have refitted engine and gearbox back into shassis.shassis has been repainted in black gloss looks a lot prettier than the satin .looking forward to tomorrow now .

Hi all I have a disco 2 v 8 the early model 1999 .today I took her out donw about 20 miles the the gear box packed up it would drive in any gear at all .I dont have a clue about auto boxs so all help and info very much appreciated .its done 146.000 and was driving superb untill now also the red...

Am I right in thinking thats a nice bike route too ??? I regularly visit mid wales ie ryhadar devils bridge and elan valley been looking for a new route to try .my landy wont be ready till winter so enjoying the bike at moment. .......but I do muss my landy......
