Changed pas pump alls good now thanks for info :)

I had a high pitch whining on mine it turned out to be the fan blade on it just catching the bracket ,a little rub with a file cured it ,might be worth checking :)

Discovery,is it much of a job to replace ?

They shredding a bit but also look like they melted,can the bearing be changed ? Or is it get another pump ?

Me ole landy keeps snapping belts it's got a 200tdi in her I'm on my 4 belt in a matter of months (changed 2 in the pitch black) the only thing I've noticed is the power steering pulley is very hot but steering seems to be fine ,any ideas ?

I saw that fuel set up info on another link do u think I should try that ?

Yeah I'm guessing maybe fuel,no aint done a boost test wouldn't know how too or have a gauge

Yeah that seems to have done the trick but still turbo not kicking in at me wit send now got no more hair to pull out :confused:so now trying to get it booked in garage :(

Took diaphragm off injector pump and can't see pin so operated throttle and pin still can't see pin in well ? Anyway pin can be got at ?

No brothers is the same alls good no smoke really just turbo don't seem to kick in I've run out of ideas and thinking next step take it to a garage :(

Yeah they both on correct ,can the diaphragm be cleaned or checked ?

Yeah done that ,truck starts and runs perfect just no turbo kicking in ,checked everything else bar injector pump I'm guessing engine as been stood a bit

Checked everything now ,new lift pump on there so I'm thinking now it's time to look at the injector pump ? Any tips on order of what to check ?
