Seems to be, on the high end I’m getting battery voltage and on the low end the highest I can get is 0.07 Volts which I believe is good?

Update: Ok so I’ve fitted a new viper coil and ignition amp from PS and no difference. I’ve checked and cleaned all grounds while doing so. I’m really clutching at straws here now lol. To reiterate I’m getting 12 volts to the amp and about 10.8...
