My 98 ES has heated electric leather, 2 zone air con (not climate), twin electric roofs, 2 tone alloys, 6 disc auto changer, cruise(not working)....NO WOOD. and loads more... It also says "ES" on the side.

Fitted the EGR and noticed no difference..... Changed the turbo pipe but not cleaned the intercooler yet...back to its old performance.

I changed the oil the other week on my 300tdi auto R reg. Once done the oil light flickered once the oil was warm/hot at tick over. After searching these forums I changed the sensor and the light hasn't flickered since. Should I be worried ? why did this happen after the oil change ??

Done the fuel sedimenter and it was full of crap.... Also disconnected the wiring plug to the erg thingy... Wow what a difference...it now pull through the full rev and upto about 4500 revs without any hessitation.... Had a few problems along the way...the plastic screw things on the...

Similar problem on mine....300tdi auto 125k miles still has egr.. When I accelerate hard it pulls then kind of hassitates like it is going to change gear but doesn't... Will change the air and fuel filters...will also order a egr blank..... anyother ideas...?

My 97' 300tdi has started making a loud whistle from the passenger footwell when giving it a foot full. It seems to only happen under load and over 2000 rpm. I'm guessing the flexi bit is blowing....? It also looks like I have a CAT... Is the cheapest option to replace the down pipe without...

It don't work.....? the light comes on but nothing......been along all the vacum pipes but nothing....?

The roof lining is soaking wet....really wet.... It's around the rear electric sunroof... It might have been left open slightly...but I doubt it... It is parked on a slight slope (front up hill) Do they leak around the trim to roof or glass to trim...??? I have read a few threads about...

Found the vacuum pump on the drivers side wheel arch. The pipe had come off that. followed the pipe to a tee piece all ends split. Followed the pipe and it sees to go under the washer bottle. Redone the split bits.. I'll take it out later to see if it works now.. edit... the one under the...

Mine doesn't work either.....but I did see some small black pipes (looks like screen washer pipes) were knackered... Will have a look today...

Quick fit have sorted it.......now getting 5degree......ah.... no more open windows and sunroof....£45................
