Does anybody know any good locations for having some fun in my disco? Im in sheffield and dont really want to travel for hours to get there

When i painted my series i used machine ennable paint and just brushed is straight on. If you use a good brush then you can get a good surface. didnt bother with a preimer just gave it 2 coats. I also did the chassis and that was still going strong a year afterwards when i sold it

GOing to take the sender unit out and have a look at thet to see if it is broke, but first i want to test the wires/guage. I have heard mention about earthing a connection and if the wire etc are ok then the guage will read full. How exactly would i do this?

any suggestion on how this may be fixd or should i a) live with it b) get a nw sender unit

A quick update, i had a look at the connections on the sender unit, the earth( at least i think it was) seemed very rusty so i cleaned it up a bit but that did not work it still read empty even though there is still plenty of derv in the tank

The low fuel light is constantly on in my 93 200tdi, I know there is planty of derv in the tank because i just put £50 in it. Its been like this for a couple of weeks now. It will occaisionally read as normal for about 10 mins and then decied to go back to reading empty and the light comes back...

I am thinking of getting some 235/70R16 COLWAY REMOULD A/T to spice up my disco. Has anybody got these and if so are they any good? While I was at it I was also thinking of getting some chequer plating for the door bottems etc. Again has anybody done this as if so does it look ok and where did...

i paid 1450 for a 3 door 200tdi with 140k on the clock. its in ok cond. had 11 month test on it

Its obviouse that i need a workshop manual to try and repair some of the gremlins floating around in my disco, I was wandering does anybody know of any links so I can download it gratis? A bit cheeky but as a wise old man said "if you dont ask you dont get"
