If they are wired in series and the replacement has a broken wire it will stop both. If they are in parallel and one is short circuit it will also stop the both. Either way you would need a multimeter to test it.

According to RAVE you must have the Logic7 as the basic one doesn't show a sub. The sub seems to be fed from the same amp as the other speakers so my guess is the mechanic hasn't connected it properly or it's knackered. I would be trying the old...

Budget £1.5 to £2k or maybe a little more for a gearbox and torque converter and you should have a lovely motor for little money.

Just got myself this 2003 L322 with 123k on the clock for £850. MOT ran out at the beginning of the month but does still run under its own power. Trade seller said that the previous owner said that the gearbox can slip but I’m praying it just...

You could try plugging one of those voltage displays in the accessory socket.

It may well start with low volts. What voltage have you got on the battery after the CTEK has been on for a while? I get around 12.8v

How old is the battery? Does it charge from a mains charger and hold it?
