There are two fuses. Can you tell me what a fusible link is please? Also is it easy to do?

I have a k reg mk1 disco and none of the electric windows are working. I see from other posts that this one doesn't have an ecu so was wondering what it could be and how I could fix it (never had one before so not sure). Any help would be gratefully appreciated. Thanks in advance.

When we crossed the solenoide when it was on the vehicle the solenoide spun but not the starter. There's nothing off the starter unless you cross the solenoide

The starter was taken off and tested and was fine.
