There must be a tube of single pack adhesive you could use at a reasonable price.

You could fit a new wire and inline fuse from the battery, just remember to switch it off.

Really it would be a good idea to take the mount plate off and deal with the rusty chassis, might need to get the welder out by the looks of it.

I ended up grinding the bolt heads off, there was about 5mm bolt to get hold of with mole grips and surprisingly they came out easy.

How did you remove the damaged timing case bolts in the end?

Anaconda replied to the thread 200Tdi.
There is a locking tab on the side of the injection pump to lock the pump timing before removing. Set the timing correctly,, undo the bolt remove locking tab and tighten the bolt. You can then remove the belt and pump.

Check the ECU under the drivers seat for any oil in the loom. If the big red wireloom connector is covered in oil then you need to change the injector loom, otherwise don't bother. Oil was dripping out of my ecu wire connector when I bought it. I...

If you have a removable steering wheel, the thieves can bring one with them. A 90 went missing not that far from us, pedal lock, alarm, removable steering wheel and column lock cover. It took just over a minute to be stolen.
