The transfer box is a separate unit bolted on the back of the gearbox, the front and rear propshafts are bolted on to the transfer box. They both use a different oil, the main gearbox should be a thin red oil, the transfer box should be a light...
Lift the seat and have a look. I believe its possible on some models.
Not possible on mine as have a box under both seats. Besides I like to struggle and have the smell of EP90/ATF running down my arms 🤔 :p.

You can take the solenoid off, take the little plunger out, put the solenoid back in and effectively you will have an open flow of fuel.
Although my advise would be to change it if it's suspect as it is fiddly to change, involving grinding bits...
The small pipe is fuel leak off pipe to the pump.
I sent you a pm but basically you need to check for fuel going to lift pump, going to filter, going to injection pump.
It needs continuous 12v at stop solenoid to let fuel through.
When you are...
That's better, they do actually run quite hot. When I was looking into it a while back and I came across someone else's forum post with a similar issue.
He booked it in at a specialist who suggested mid 90s is correct for a 200tdi. Pretty sure my...
Broken wire. Hence lights didn’t clear on new bearing he then swapped the wire so air gap to large. Have Re wired and replaced bearing and sesnor now sorted.
Yes, there is a wire going to the back of the injection pump, looks like it's a white one in your picture. If you haven't got 12v to there it won't let fuel through, crank but not start.
Yeah he said there was a bit of play in it and he said that could be the bearing, but they don't do the bearings there so he's just going to do the seal and see if it stops. The guy we got the truck gave us a couple of seals which say corteco on them
So they confirmed it's the transfer box output seal which is leaking?
Corteco seals are good choice, Britpart specials are not.
Smith & Allan are pretty good for oil, bear in mind transfer box and axles use the same oil so don't bother buying 1/2...
