It was an autel Maxisys that diagnosed my car and the error was anti theft alarm serial link fault error code 94

Rf receiver is connected and it's the green spot updated version

No engine doesn't spin as you turn the key it just beeps and says engine immobilised press remote .transfer nuetral gone now as I've put on new battery

Will not start tried sync mate and it flashes 5 times which is a communication fault

Transfer neutral,widows not set sunroof not set etc key code lockout engine disabled press remote and indicators flashing

The two white connectors on drivers side a frame it's the larger one of the two and the White plastic connector has numbers when the wires go in and the one has number 16 going into the connector but on the plug you put into it there's no wire it's green with red stripe
