Hi is the back end of a lt230 transfer box all the same eg. Input gear / bearing carrier and bearing and cover plate as I want to take my overdrive off but don't have the parts so I was going to buy a discovery transfer box and use the parts

Hi I want to remove my gkn overdrive off my td5 lt230 transfer box it was fitted before I brought it so I was wondering what I need to put in its place when I take it off. Thanks
Hi my fuel filter housing is pitted bad where the fittings go into the housing which is causing it to leak because the o ring seal isn't sitting flush.
I don't really want to buy a new housing because there over £100
Has anyone else had this problem ?
Only had to weld in 2 places 1 was a right pain to get at especially lying on ure back. Found one more fault rear wheel bearing has got play and hub seal is slightly leaking the list is adding up
Just fort I would check the chassis over for mot at the end of the month! So I ended up getting the weldet out. It also needs i track rod end rear wheel cylinder and front caliper seized I don't think this is to bad for a 1985
Hi just noticed that the oil filter rotor housing is only held in with 1 bolt I've taken the top off and it's snapped inside. Is there a easy way of drilling it out without taking the turbo off? As the chuck on the drill hits it thanks
