Anyone know what the process is for returning parts to island 4x4 sent them an email and it saying email address not recognised ordered the wrong height sensors

I assume you emailed sales@? The email address should be included in your confirmation email. But their replies are always super slow. You might be better phoning.

I've noticed some emails, confirmation of order etc, you can't reply to.

I have always had a fast ish response to emails to them
But never tried to return stuff

Yer tried a few now and ordered more stuff so just asked for a return form on that aswell
