I've got a td5 90 and it won't stay in low range while off roading, it stays in for a little bit but then it slips out and slides back in to neutral.

Any fixes?

Have a look at the little top hat bushes in the hi to lo link lever, thats was the problem on my 200, trans tunnel and drivers floor plate have to be removed for access.
