Ok folks,
So putting the old girl back together and treated her to a new indicator horn switch as the old one was cracked and kept shooting the horn top off into the passenger footwell, when i went to fit back the wiper stalk the old one didn't match up with the holes in the plate, it also fell apart on me so I bought a new one, BUT
now realise whilst the new one fits it is the 6 plug model as oposed to the original 5 plug!!! means the bits i've fitted are for a newer motor.
My question is, can I manipulate the orientation of the pins on the back of the new wiper switch to give the operation of the old? at the moment all fitted up the washer squirts and wipes when you press the end in and thats it.
