Firstly the search function works and thanks to those who advised changing the park switch when the wipers fail to park and intermittent wipe stops working. I did this and my wipers worked fine for 24 hours but now have the same problem again. Obviously I could be unlucky and have bought a duff switch but is there anything else I can check before I dismantle the dashboard again only to find something else is causing the switch to blow? I’m rubbish at electrics by the way!

check the park switch is connected to the motor correctly, the lug on the back of park switch has to be fully home in the motor

Make sure its not a britpart item, Paddock Spares sent me one, sent it back saying I wanted what I paid for, got a Barmarch park switch instead, built much better
