Just about to lock the defender, the window is all the way down. Went to close it and it and the handle would only turn a few revolutions, then it got really tight and stopped turning. The window would only close 4 inches.

Any help would be great thanks.

hi mate, I've had this problem , on mine the glass was snagging on the felt channel, try pushing the glass back and forth while closing.

Cool will try that many thanks!

For a while I thought it was totally stuck, goes 4 inches only. Then I gave it a small wiggle and boom, it came up easy!

you might want to remove door card and check the mechaism, nylon rollers wear, arms bend etc
