looking at upgrading the turbo on the 300tdi, do u reckon this will fit and how many hundred more BHP will it give me

Yes, quite easily.

You will need to fit the new Defender bonnet, 2inch to 12inch pipe couplers, and an uprated front suspension.

Aye, I forgot those, I think Boeing and Airbus do the ones you need.
