Decided to replace my rotor arm today, but......I can't get it off.

Am I being a bit of a girl, or is it reasonable to think that some halfwit has glued it on??

If someone has glued it on, how the hell do I get it back off??!!

Any thoughts anyone??

no, they do get stuck. will come off with some serious persuasion but you'll end up dislodging advance weights if not careful.

I've always known rotor arms to lift off, but my discos don't so it will stay ther, no need to touch it anyway.:)

nope, just technique required.

big ol' flatbladed screw driver on the washer on top of the hall sensor reluctor, and gently twist to nudge the rotor up.

once its moving, hold the reluctor/shaft assembly down with the screwdriver and pull the rotor off by hand :)
