only in colder temps do my indicaters delay working, can move stick and it can be a full 10 secs before it starts working?

Could be the indicator switch doesn't like cold weather and is on it's way out?

Could be alternator/battery combo not up to spec?

When you start her first thing on a cold day, does she turn over enthousiastically/start easily?

Your indicators have the same problem as my arms and legs and dont even mention other parts !

Nope she seems to start up fine new battery last year, only does it when really cold weather.

As for bodily parts not working, i started running the other week to loose some weight, chuff me not as young as i was, knees feel like someone elses!

really really long shot on this one... but... if the relay was in a sealed case which had moisture in it and the moisture was freezing then it could be freezing the contact shut...?

hypothetically anyway.

So where does the relay sit then is it not by my right knee below steering column (rhd car), would it freeze in there?
