Waste of time/money & effort should have just chopped up a td5 disco & tuned it up.
I got offered a full bm m57 estate for free to do a conversion, the adapter kit to r380
is about 900 quid & there is a stand alone management available for it think it was 700 quid
couldn't be ar$ed doing it as I had loads of projects lying about.

Hats off to him he done a good job though.

If someone was to do an electric motor and battery kit for the '38 that was economic, that would be interesting also.
