just been out and the AT's on my 90 performed flawlessly very impressed they are 285,75,16 bfg ats and are well worth the price tag. just though i tell you all this well because i can.

mine are great in the snow aswell. no real probs with them on road either.

Ha! That's exactly what i have on mine and agree (although not much snow here) they were excellent! They have a nice grippy edge!

cant see why anyone runs owt else on a normal landy - after all just how much time do you really spend off the tarmac?

Know a bloke who used to buy em for a company and said they would average 100,000 miles a set!!! Having used mine for 25K, i can believe it, they are as good as new!

I was out in the snow today (Grabber AT2's), driving though snow drifts so that "normal" cars could stay on the road were the snow was slushy the look of sheer dread on their faces was priceless.

Admittedly I was wearing a huge grin all day, I lost count of how many landies were out and about today.

Best one was when a bloke in a sports version of the Ford Focus was spinning all over the place, so my wife strolls over and offers to pull him onto tarmac ... needless to say his ego told him to say no ... whereby he carried on spinning:doh:

Impressive, but surely that means that they must be made of a really tough/hard rubber compound - and thus they wouldn't be any good on ice or slippery surfaces? Don't see how they can be both long lasting and superior on ice.

That's just the point!

We don't see how they can be both long lasting and superior on ice, but believe me, and all the other guys, these tyres are simply AMAZING.

That is why Contintental Tyres (who make General Grabbers) have such a good reputation.

You will need a personal demonstration some time, to kill your doubts.

This forum makes me chuckle sometimes.
Only the other week some self-proclaimed expert was saying the opposite.

Yep, for general land rover use AT's have to be considered.
Glad you like them. I have some fitted to the green RRC. Rarely goes off road, but great just for general use. been very happy with them for how that car is used.

I was out last night on soft and compacted road snow and never lost traction once, running grabber AT2's. Never used another tyre on the Landy so can't compare, but very happy with them.
