Which year did the Defender go from 10 Spline to 24 Spline Diffs.

Everywhere i look it states that up until "94" they are all 10 Spline.
But in conversations this seems a bit of a grey area.

I have to go collect 2 x Diffd from an L reg "i make that "93" so should be 10 Spline. Anyone Have an L reg and know??
