Currently running NGK PFR6-11 in a 2000 4.0. The other 4.0 (1998) has NGK BPR6E. Does anyone know if it's imperative to use the Platinums in the newer car? Main reason is the cost - £60 or £12 respectively for a set.
I wish someone would post this up in an FAQ,the Rover V8's with long reach threads are all fine on NGK BPR6ES,petrol or LPG,carbs,Flapper,14CUX,Gems or Bosch.
