Hi All,

just joined, and looking for advice!

i am going to sell my car, and have settled on buying a land rover, second hand.

i am doing as much research as i can, but i have a few questions.

1, i will be using it on roads only, so, no off road, well, maybe once or twice!

2, i like the look of the range rover,

3, it needs to be automatic, deisel? 2L?

4, i am told certain years have certain problems.

5, when does the mileage have a cost implication,

i think my budget is 10-12K, not much, so taking into account the above, any suggestions on years, cost, mileage i should be looking at?

any help whatsoever, is help, iv'e had a test drive, and am sold, now i need to know the pitfalls.

quick question - why no off road - dont see it being neccessary or not appealing?
