Hi does anyone know of a decent glue that will stick the little black trim on on the wing, its the trim that runs down the lenght of the car but ive had a new wing on and im not sure what to stick it back on with.

Most trims like you describe are stuck on using a double sided tape.
Mark the line of the trim using masking tape, with the bottom edge of the masking tape being the top edge of the trim. Fit trim, remove masking tape.
Saves getting it wrong.
 
I used a tube of silicone adhesive about 4 or 5 years ago now and it's still holding strong. I did use a thin stip of sandpaper and just rough up the paint a little.

Any metal/plastic/rubber exterior use compatible adhesive will work.
 
panel adhesive from auto paint suppliers. it comes in a mastic tube and is for bonding in auto applications.
 
sika flex or tigerseal comes in tubes good for sealing just about anything, used it on my snorkel and its still working 12 months later
