as above the section that goes on to the middle valley gasket there 6 bolts either side 10 at one size and 2 slightly longer what holes do the long ones go in?

int they all the same sized thread?

maybe thats why there was 2 that were high? i nerver even thought of that! 2 of them were not screwed right down! that will be what that is then! are these just standard bolts i could get or will i have to get bolts specifically for this?

high tensile most likely, if ther metric yer can get them anywhere, might be unf or unc tho? why change them ?
