Does anyone have any ideas why my clock won't work?

Well, it does work, but it doesn't...

When I got the Disco, the clock was fubar-ed. So I bought a used one from eBay which didn't work, so the chap sent another one. Problem is, the light won't work so I can't see the display! I've tried changing the bulbs, wiggling it about, and it still doesn't work.

Any ideas/solutions welcome!

is that the only thing you got that dont work on the disco

buy a battery operated one
