Now then just when i thought its all done and driving great i hear another
noise this time its when i push the clutch in to change gear, and it only seems to happen after a while. I did twenty miles and when i came to pull away from some traffic lights i had to dip the clutch and free wheel in 1st
for a bit and such a werring noise , but it also happens after a few miles of normal driving .

Could it be a dry thrust bearing people have suggested
