Just changed tyres (now much quieter than the Mts) and I can hear a very light single knock coming from the right front wheel when I quickly(ish) turn the steering wheel to the right. Steering wheel only needs to turn about 20-30 degrees for the knock. Only happens when doing 30kmh or above. Does not happen at slow speed and does not happen when turning wheel to the left.

jack the front wheels up ,ensure steering lock is off and by holding each wheel in turn ,turn lock to lock , then get some one to rock steering wheel hard whilst you hold track rod then draglink you should feel were any play exists

Just looking online at replacement parts and upgrading to heavy duty track rod and drag link. Is there a difference in parts between LHD and RHD cars? Mine's LHD. Also would I need the geometry or anything set by a specialist? Thanks!
