Driving to work this morning it felt like there was a Vibration underneath my 90. I've just had a look when i got here and it feels like there is play in the bearing on the transfer box that bolts to the front of the rear prop. The transfer box and gearbox have come from Ashcroft and have done about 6k miles. Surely the bearing can't have failed after this sort of mileage. . . Without whipping the prop off til I get home, can anyone tell me the arrangement of how the drive flange is off the transfer box. Is it on splines with a nut on. . .? Is it possible this has come loose behind the prop. Any other ideas would be appreciated. . .
