Hi guys, im really loving my range rover after 2 weeks of ownership, shes a 4.0 1995 import and is absolutely mint, starts and drives spot on!

My only issue is the dreaded eas problem, ie wake up in morning and the rear is sitting on bump stops :(

I sprayed washing up liquid around the valve block and have noticed lots of leakage coming from 2 of the plastic pipes that connect into the side!

My questions are:
1. How can I make sure no air is left in the system?
2. If cutting a bit of the end of the pipes does not cure it how easy is it to replace collets and washers

I appreciate any help and im sure I will return the favour at some point during my range rover ownership:D

Try pushing them in with pressure in bags sometimes that works. Otherwise change the O'rings and slightly lube with silicone grease then when suspension is up and pressured push in again they will always engage a little further when system is pressured. If you cut a little off the pipes do not overdo it, make sure the cut is square, 5 mm at the most if they have not been cut before or the bulge on the pipe will stop them engaging. Break the sharp edge with a little fine wet or dry or gently form a chamfer on leading edge with a pencil sharpener. Drop to access then pull the pipes cover your eyes. Lever the collets out gently. Then you need a small piece of hooked wire to retrieve the O'rings. There should be two in each port. Lightly grease new O'rings with silicone grease and push in square with a suitable drill shank. Push in collet push in pipe. Simples.
