hi everyone i am having trouble with my 1995 v8 efi the alarm and emmobilser recently went south and i had a small bypass module fitted to the black connector in the passenger foot well all was fine for 1 day. i started the car this morning drove 300 yards and the car coughed to a halt now will turn over but will not fire any ideas?? thanks

Loose connection on the top of the coil, no petrol in the tank??.

Your in the bush! You must survive! Your vehicle is immobilized....what do you do?

First yell for help. You've done that.

Second, start the process of elimination concerning potential problems.

Fuel or electrics are the components of vroom vroom. Either one missing.. no vroom vroom. Start with fuel first. Check pump (can you here it whirring back there?) fuel filter then check pressure reg. Pull a plug to so if it's wet or dry. If wet or VERY wet you may need to pull all of them and dry them off before proceeding with the electrics -checking dizzy, rotor and coil. If the plugs are douched with fuel they sometimes won't fire things up.

If that fails, build a shelter and start a fire. Or burn the car
