Its tyre time for my 4.6HSE. She is fitted with 255 55 18s at the moment but have been offered some 255 35 18s can you see any problems with these tyres fitted to my wheels?

Only that your speedometer will under read. For each turn of the road wheels you will be travalling a shorter distance than on the 255/55 R18's.

Also could invalidate your insurance if not declared.

Hi Apart from your speedo being wrong -too low profile tyres will make a P38 Tramline it will fight you to follow every cut dip or imperfection in the road surface - having cured this very problem for a friend who has 18inch rims I am glad that I have 16 inch rims. By the way if you do need to replace the tyres avoid goodyear for the front at all costs - your RR wil handle like a pig at any decent speed
