Hi guys
I got rock and tree sliders and when fitted I noticed that the drivers side behind the door the slider is hitting the tub.
Is there any way to lower the outrigger or raise the tub, or will I just have to live with it like this.

The outrigger is welded to the chassis so unless it has been bent or poorly replaced then I don't think you will be moving that. There are slots in the outrigger (that the seatbelt reels attach to) so there is the chance of a bit of movement there however the tub normally sits on the chassis so not really much chance of that moving by itself either. What are the door shut lines like, that may tell you if things are missaligned

Hi there
The door line looks fine .
I would not even have noticed it if I didn't fit the tree sliders.
Is there any sort of packers between the tub and the chassis that could be missing.
Thanks for your reply.
It may be that I just have to live with the tub rubbing in the slider on that side.

The sliders might be faulty.

Are they handed and have they sent two of the same instead of a L & R. or have you got them on the wrong sides, if thats possible.

Would not have thought the sliders were faulty, Dixon fabrication ones, they are sided but they are the correct ones.
Had a look today after work and all looks OK between the chassis and the tub
, guess I'll have to live with it the way it is.

There should be rubber pads between the tub floor supports and the chassis.
If one of these is missing it may be possible for the tub to be out of alignment...
Having recently fitted a tub to a chassis, It became evident that Land Rover tolerances are rather broad at best!!
There may be some adjustment on the tub to chassis bolt holes....
Post a photo so we can have a look.
