To do each side or end at a time.
I'd guess that if he doesn't jack it up the shocks will be much harder to
get off, and the whole chassis/body may drop too low onto the wheel to allow
the shocks to be replaced correctly. It may also be easier to remove the
wheels ... though I'm not an expert on Troopers ..
