I have just driven back from france and I have had the message "Transfer overheat" displayed, this only happens at around 70mph and flashes on and off very quickly, has anyone got any ideas as to what the problem is?

The transfer gear box is over heating, check the oil level and top if necessary

Thanks for that, as this is my first RR can you tell me where to top up and which oil is best.

EP90 gear box oil.
Under the gear box you will see a large screw type plug undo this to drain the oil, up the side of the gear box you will find another large screw type plug remove this also, once empty replace the bottom plug, and refill the gear box veer the top plug hole, when the oil starts to seep from this filler hole you have finished, replace the plug, job done

Do it in reverse. open filler plug 1st that way if you discover the filler plug is seized and won't come out. Then your not stuck with a gearbox thats got no oil in and no way to fill it back up.
