Hi, just replacing my clutch and when I took the rear prop off I noticed two things:
1 - The bolts on the drive shaft end were all loose (not tightened)
2 - When I got the prop off the bolts attached to the transfer box end were loose (wobbling)
Anyone know why any of these might have been loose? Also if the transfer box prop bolts are supposed to be loose...?

unsure what you mean ,nuts loose ,bolts sit in flange loosely

... yes so the bolts in the actual transfer box that the prop attaches too, they are loose, wasn't sure if they are supposed to be loose.

The 4 bolts the diff end looked like they just weren't ever tightened which was worrying...

Hope that makes sense.

should be tight ,bolts in flange at t/box will be loose after nut removed ,its not unknown for nuts to loosen over time fit new ones as nyloc part may be worn(NZ606041L)

Perfect, and thanks for the tip about the nuts, was wondering where I might find those
