hi guys, i cant get my 300tdi (95 plate) disco to move in hi ratio gearing, but it will move in low ratio has my transfer box gone? is this a common problem and is there a easy fix or do i have to get a new one? and is it possible to remove the box from underneath without taking the engine gearbox out as the haynes manual states that it has to be removed with the gear box?

any help will be greatly appriciated many thanks

your book is wrong then ,t/box can be dropped of back of gearbox ,adjust the linkage so that it goes into both hi/lo equally ,
