hi

are the P38 transfer box on the auto the same as a manual are they interchangeable?

hello, as far as i am aware all the transfere boxes are the same and are interchangable.

Assuming that you have a ZF box and not a Borg Warn one then yes there are interchangeable.

its a Borg Warn i should have said that P38

i have a 5 speed manual gearbox and was wanting to know if the transfer box from a auto P38 would fit

I have been looking on microcat they only list one transfer box so i think they must be the same from 1995-2002 auto or manual

OK, I wasn't too sure if the viscous coupling 'transfer' box was a straight swap.....not had a lot of experience with them

They have different part numbers, so there must be some difference.

yes i have noticed that the part numbers on Rimmer Bros are different but would still like to know whats different

can any one help?
