Hi all when fitting/removing a towbar on a 1992 disco does the bumper have to be removed to get to two of the nuts just behind the bumper or is there a diffrent way of doing it

I alway took th bumper off as it is only held on with two bolt

As iannotts says .. far easier to drop the bumper. Worth doing anyway to check it's sound and that (if yours has them) the lights and wiring are still there and looking good ..

I took the bumber off but you could put a ring spanner in to undo the tow bar or do it up but its more agro
