any suggestions on this one? ( see photo )

thinking of trying the local scrapyard and cutting the piece i need out and welding it

or any other suggestions

that would work if you joggled edge and ground back and filled after ,flappy discs in grinder aree good at flatting welds on rounded surfaces like that would have Faithfull Flap Disc 100MM Fine: Amazon.co.uk: DIY & Tools
